Job Description
We are seeking an experienced cook to join our team on a part-time seasonal basis. You will assist the Chef with all kitchen operations, including making our signature pizzas, cheese & charcuterie boards and baked cheese dishes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. Help with prep, set up and tear down of kitchen, dishes, cleaning, care of herb garden and other duties required as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake Neapolitan pizzas, baked cheese dishes and cheese boards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Follow and maintain food saftey plan.
- Proven experience as a Chef's assistant
- Experince in pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation and stretching an asset but not required.
- Excellent time management skills

- June to - end of September (potentially beyond depending on harvest & weather).
