Overview
We're looking for a skilled labourer to join our team. You'll support multiple site operations by performing general maintenance and keeping work areas clean, organized and safe. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in hard work and wants to grow with a busy crew.
Duties
- Clean and maintain construction sites, including sweeping, debris removal, and waste disposal
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as carrying materials, holding items in place, and handing off tools
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Ensure worksite compliance with health and safety regulations
- Keep storage and staging areas organized
Experience
- Prior experience in construction/repairs or related trades is advantageous
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, basic carpentry or restoration work is desirable
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

Pay: $19.00 per hour
