We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of maintaining a high standard of accuracy in document preparation and case processing.
Assist the RCIC, lawyers with administrative tasks and support between departments
Stay up to date with alterations to immigration laws, policies regarding immigration program on government websites.
Verify the authenticity of clients’ information, paperwork and supporting documents.
Assist clients with the completion of paperwork and deliver them to management teams in a safe and legal manner.
Job Responsibilities
Case Processing Support
- Assist RCICs and management with immigration case preparation
- Review client documents for completeness and consistency
- Organize case files and maintain document records
- Track application progress and client communications
Document Review
- Review supporting documents submitted by clients
- Identify missing information and inconsistencies
- Verify information against official requirements
- Maintain accurate file naming and document storage practices
Form Preparation
- Assist with completion of immigration application forms
- Review official government instruction guides before preparation
- Verify address history, education, employment history and personal information
- Ensure information is complete and logically consistent
Risk Control & Quality Assurance
- Escalate uncertain information for review
- Follow company SOP and case management procedures
- Maintain detailed work records and audit trails
- Participate in quality review and file checking processes
QualificationsRequired
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to follow procedures consistently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written communication skills
Preferred
- Immigration industry experience
- Administrative experience
- Legal assistant experience
- Experience reviewing documents or compliance-related work
- Experience using AI tools professionally
