About the Role
This is a sales-driven recruitment role focused on sourcing and qualifying candidates.
You will not be managing clients or coordinating interviews in this position.
Your primary focus will be:
- Finding strong candidates
- Speaking with them
- Qualifying them efficiently
- Presenting them internally
This role is designed to build a strong foundation in recruitment, with the opportunity to grow into more advanced responsibilities over time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases
- Headhunting and reaching out to potential candidates
- Reviewing resumes and applications from job postings assigned to you
- Conducting phone screens and qualifying candidates
- Assessing candidate fit based on job requirements
- Managing a high volume of candidate conversations daily
- Presenting qualified candidates internally
