Bakery Production Workers – Packers, Mixers & Machine Operators
Location: Cambridge, ON
Pay: $19.20–$26.20/hour

Pivotal Staffing Solutions is hiring reliable and hardworking individuals for multiple bakery production positions at a food manufacturing facility in Cambridge.
Previous food production, bakery, manufacturing, or packaging experience is an asset. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Responsibilities
- Assist with bakery and food production
- Measure and prepare ingredients
- Operate mixers, ovens, sheeters, and production equipment
- Package, label, and inspect finished products
- Follow food safety, GMP, and workplace safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks
- Work with the team to meet production targets
- Report equipment or quality concerns to supervisors
Requirements
- Food production or manufacturing experience is an asset
- 1 year of food production experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Ability to work consistently on an on-call basis
- CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes required
Shifts
Day, Afternoon & Night shifts may be available. Shift availability depends on production requirements.
