Fortune Creek, a growing specialty food retail company, is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to join our finance team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in accurate books and wants to grow with the business as we expand.
What You'll Do
- Record and reconcile daily transactions across our retail and online sales channels.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, and keep vendor and customer accounts current.
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and inventory accounts each month.
- Support payroll, expense tracking, and month-end close.
- Maintain organized, audit-ready financial records.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).
- Strong skills in Excel and comfort with numbers and detail.
- Reliability, discretion, and a willingness to learn.
