Brand Ambassador – Natural & Better-for-You Products
Are you outgoing, reliable and genuinely excited about discovering cool new products? Multi Brand Sampling is looking for fun, energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent some seriously amazing natural, local and better-for-you brands.
This is not your typical promotional job. You’ll be the friendly face behind exciting products, introducing customers to brands they may have never tried before. You’ll hand out samples, share the brand story, answer questions and create an experience that actually gets people excited to shop.
One shift might have you introducing a new wellness product inside a grocery store. The next could involve handing out sample bags at the beach, connecting with people at a fitness event or representing a brand at an industry trade show.
Our activations can take place at:
- Retail grocery stores
- Consumer and industry trade shows
- Corporate offices
- Yoga studios and wellness events
- Fitness and sporting events
- Other fun and unexpected community activations

Transportation and Equipment Requirements
Having a valid driver’s licence and a personal vehicle—or regular access to a vehicle—is preferred, but it is not required.
Brand Ambassadors are responsible for arranging their own reliable transportation to and from every activation they accept. This could include travelling by car, public transit, rideshare or another dependable method.
You must also be able to:
- Reliably travel to and from scheduled demo activations
- Safely transport your complete demo kit
- Carry, set up and take down a lightweight folding demo table
- Lift and carry equipment weighing up to approximately 20 lb
- Arrive on time with all required equipment and supplies
Brand Ambassador Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and fully prepared for each activation
- Set up and take down a clean, attractive sampling display
- Work confidently in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Interact professionally with customers, retail employees and store managers
- Engage customers in a friendly and approachable way
- Learn and confidently communicate key brand and product information
- Prepare and serve product samples safely
- Encourage product discovery and support in-store sales
- Follow all food-safety, store and brand requirements
- Take clear photos of the demo table, products and activation
- Complete an accurate and thoughtful post-demo report
- Communicate promptly with the Multi Brand Sampling support team
Our team provides the training, brand education and product information needed to help you feel confident and prepared for every activation.

- This is a freelance independent contractor position
- Hours are flexible and are not guaranteed
- Both weekday and weekend opportunities are available
- Brand Ambassadors can choose which available activations they would like to accept
