As the Training Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of CREB®’s education programs for members. Reporting to the Manager, Member Training, this position is responsible for coordinating all day to day training logistics, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for members, and supporting both in-person and virtual courses. You will work closely with internal teams, instructors, and external vendors to deliver well-organized, effective, and engaging learning opportunities.
Some key responsibilities are:
- Coordinate course and speaker scheduling, registration, and delivery logistics
- Support members, instructors, and vendors throughout training activities
- Maintain accurate training records, enrolment tracking, and reporting
- Manage course materials, platforms, and training communications
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the learning experience

Qualifications required:
- Diploma in Business Administration and/or education in Adult Learning or a related field
- 2+ years: Administrative, training coordination, or learning support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to support a wide range of stakeholders
- Certification in training, adult education, eLearning, or instructional design is considered an asset
