Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Plumbing Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn from experienced journeymen in a supportive and professional environment. You’ll work on a variety of projects, including new construction and renovations, while progressing toward your Red Seal certification.
Responsibilities:
Assist journeyman plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
Learn to work with a variety of plumbing materials and connection methods (soldering, press-fit, gluing, threading, etc.)
Support in reading blueprints and understanding plumbing layouts
Help inspect and test systems for leaks and proper function
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
Represent the company professionally on job sites and with clients
Requirements:
1st year apprentice at minimum
Interest in pursuing a career in plumbing and mechanical trades
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (indoors/outdoors, crawl spaces, etc.)
Fluent in English
