What You’ll Do
- Oversee and execute professional HVAC installations, ensuring compliance with all codes and standards
- Ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently while educating customers on their new equipment
- Provide outstanding customer service by building trust and delivering clear, helpful solutions
- Promote high-efficiency products and services that enhance home comfort and energy savings
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and ethical service practices
- Keep work vehicles and job sites clean, organized, and professional
- Contribute to a team environment focused on continuous improvement and shared success
What You Bring
- Ontario 313D Air Conditioning Mechanic or 313A certification
- Valid Gas Technician 2 (G2) license and ODP certification
- Valid Class G driver’s license
- Strong technical expertise and adaptability to new technologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive, team-first approach with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Physical readiness to handle the demands of hands-on installation work
