The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, with the ability to take instruction and work with various hand tools. Duties
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Install siding, soffits, fascia and eavestrough according to specifications.
- Perform caulking and sealing tasks to ensure proper insulation and aesthetics.

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site.
Skills
- Experience in construction or related fields is highly desirable.
- Experienced with using a hammer and measuring tape.
- Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in installation work.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Must be confident and safe working on ladders at various heights.
Character
- Needs to demonstrate upstanding character.
- A willingness to learn and open to taking instruction.
- Must be able to work well with others.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliable character.
