Urban Appeal has been serving Kamloops since 2006. What started as a two person crew has grown into a team of more than 25 people focused primarily on commercial landscape and construction projects across the region.
We are looking for reliable and hard working individuals to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, want to learn new skills, and are looking for long or short term opportunities in landscaping and construction, we would like to hear from you.

- Landscape design
- Irrigation design and installation
- Planting design and turf installation
- Concrete repairs
- Playgrounds, parks, and outdoor amenities
- Fencing
- Retaining walls, pavers, and other hardscape
- Civil excavation
- Sports fields
What You Will Be Doing
- Assisting with landscape and construction installations
- Digging, planting, raking, sweeping, and turf installation
- Using power tools and equipment
- General site labour and cleanup
- Lifting and carrying materials such as block and pavers
This is a physically demanding outdoor role.
What We Are Looking For
- Reliable and punctual team members
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions (the heat of summer and frost of winter)
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
No experience required. We are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Requirements
- Ability to frequently lift 30 to 60 lbs
- CSA approved steel toe boots and proper clothing for outdoor work. All other PPE is provided by the company
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Own reliable transportation
- Construction or landscaping experience is an asset but not required
