The Role
We are hiring an Junior MSP IT Technician to join our North Vancouver team.
You will handle tickets independently, manage client environments, and escalate only when appropriate. This is hands-on technical work, not a call-center helpdesk role.
Requirements (Must Have)
Do not apply unless you meet all of the following:
- 1+ years of hands-on IT support or systems administration
- Minimum 1 year in an MSP or multi-client environment
- Experience with:
- Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP)
- Backup & Disaster Recovery tools (Datto and Cove)
- Able to troubleshoot issues end-to-end before escalating
- Located in Canada and legally authorized to work

Responsibilities
- Handle Datto backup tickets
- Handle Cove backup tickets
- Communicate clearly with clinic staff
- Close tickets on other queues as assigned
- Document all work in our ticketing system
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Datto and Cove
- Previous MSP experience
Compensation
Compensation is based on actual MSP experience and technical skill.
