Responsibilities

Assist a Lead Pumpjack Technician in maintaining a safe and efficient worksite
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a variety of maintenance tasks
Participate in safety meetings and support all safety programs
Inspect pumpjack components
Perform oil changes and greasing of pumping units
Conduct preventative maintenance on pumping equipment
Qualifications
-
Completion of Boon’s pre-employment process:
Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in various conditions
Meets the bona fide occupational requirements of the role
Positive attitude with a strong commitment to safety
Previous oilfield or pumpjack maintenance experience is an asset
Mechanically inclined and comfortable working at heights (e.g., in a man basket)
