Vodka Packaging Supervisor
At GP Brewing Co., we're a locally owned and operated beverage manufacturing facility that's been producing high-quality, crushable, affordable beer since 2016. Along the way we've grown into beer, spirits, and ready-to-drink beverages, but one thing hasn't changed. We care about making great products with great people.
We believe that if you can do it better, you should. It's a simple idea that shapes how we work every day and reflects the standard we hold ourselves to.
We're currently looking for a full-time Vodka Packaging Supervisor to lead our packaging line and help ensure every bottle leaving our facility meets the quality standards our customers expect.
What does the job look like?
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend your day working alongside the packaging team while keeping our manual vodka production packaging line running safely, efficiently, and to specification.
Your day could include:

- Setting line speeds, coordinating station rotations, and maintaining production flow
- Performing quality control checks and ensuring packaging standards are met
- Monitoring inventory, completing inventory counts, and maintaining accurate production records
- Completing basic data entry, production reporting, and documentation
- Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting packaging equipment
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas
- Communicating production, quality, or equipment concerns promptly and accurately
No two production days are exactly alike, but every day requires attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to producing quality products.
Who succeeds here?
The people who thrive in this role lead by example.
They take ownership of their work, stay organized under pressure, and aren't afraid to step in, make decisions, or hold the line when quality isn't where it should be.

- Reliable and accountable
- Comfortable leading a small production team
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
- Organized and confident managing multiple priorities
- Comfortable using computers for inventory tracking and production reporting

- Health benefits after 90 days
- Retail perks after 30 days
- Opportunities for advancement as we continue to grow
- A team that works hard, supports one another, and enjoys what we do
