Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Staffing Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing staffing company. The role involves developing new business opportunities, meeting employers, and promoting staffing and recruitment services across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business clients across GTA
- Visit and meet business owners, HR managers, and decision-makers
- Promote staffing and workforce solutions
- Generate and convert new sales leads into long-term clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate with recruitment team for placements
- Achieve monthly sales and placement targets
- Maintain records of client visits and follow-ups
Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales or staffing experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to work independently in field sales
- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge is an asset
