Waxonomy is looking for its next team member! We're looking for a part-time receptionist.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering calls/text
- Greeting/checking in clients
- Cashing out services
- Client retention
- Managing Inventory
This position is for our WATERLOO location, but flexibility to cover occasional shifts in GUELPH will be a definite plus. The successful candidate will be a people-person, able to make conversation with anyone, remember details from past conversations to make connections, and upsell product effortlessly. Being able to read minds and anticipate the next step is another asset. You'll have an eye for detail, and present yourself well. It's a high-traffic location, so the ability to handle pressure and multi-task is KEY.

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
