Job Description
General Contractor looking for someone long term to grow with the company that is passionate about all facets of residential and commercial renovations, takes pride in their work and is willing to learn new skills.
Type of Work:
- Demolition, concrete, framing, insulation, drywall, trim, painting, cabinets, tiling, flooring, siding, soffit & fascia, doors & windows, decks, fences, landscaping, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Loading/Unloading tools
- Loading/Unloading materials
- Cleaning job site
- Cleaning company vehicles
- Assisting staff with cutting materials
- Assisting staff with fastening materials
- Assisting staff with installing materials

Schedule & Location:
- Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
- Early mornings, late nights, holidays, weekends when required
- Job sites up to 100km radius from Barrie, ON
- Residential, Commercial and Institutional job sites
Requirements to be considered for the position:
- Valid G Class Driver's License
- Own reliable vehicle for travel to and from job sites
- Steel toe boots
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Demonstrated general knowledge of construction terms and processes
- Valid Working At Heights Certificate considered an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Education:
- Secondary School (required)
Experience:
- renovation: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)
- G-Class Driver's License (required)
