We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator who genuinely wants to grow into larger responsibility over time.
This is not a passive admin role. We’re looking for someone who likes keeping things moving, following up consistently and proactively, solving problems, and bringing structure to fast-moving construction projects.
You’ll work closely with company leadership, Site Supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams across multiple active projects.
The ideal candidate is someone who:
– takes initiative naturally
– is comfortable communicating with different personalities
– follows through consistently
– is not afraid to ask questions or push for answers
– enjoys being on-site and involved in the day-to-day reality of projects
This role offers significant hands-on exposure to project coordination, site operations, construction processes, and leadership-level decision-making within a growing construction company.
We care much more about attitude, ownership, and willingness to learn than having experience with every tool or process already.
Responsibilities
– Support day-to-day coordination across multiple active construction projects
– Support project scheduling and coordination using construction management and digital project tracking tools
– Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to help ensure projects stay on track
– Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly
– Review drawings and project documents to support coordination and project execution
– Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project records
– Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items for project teams
– Support overall project organization, efficiency, and communication across teams
– Monitor project timelines closely to identify potential delays or issues early
– Assist in keeping projects organized, structured, and moving forward proactively
– Participate in site visits and support day-to-day operational coordination
What We’re Looking For
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple moving parts on track
– A proactive mindset with strong follow-through
– Confidence communicating with Site Supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
– Comfortable following up repeatedly when needed to keep projects moving forward
– Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions
– Detail-oriented and highly reliable
– Strong computer skills and comfort working in digital systems
– Interest in construction, project coordination, and operational leadership
– Comfortable working primarily on-site in a fast-paced environment
– Eager to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility over time
Why Join Us
– Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing, team-focused company
– Direct exposure to leadership and real project decision-making
– Hands-on learning environment with increasing responsibility over time
– A role where your work has real visibility and impact
– Supportive and collaborative team environment
– Real opportunity for long-term growth into larger coordination or project management responsibilities
