About Integricon Group
Integricon Group is a proudly Canadian-owned property restoration and construction company operating across Ontario and Alberta. A recipient of Canada's Best Managed Companies designation, Integricon provides end-to-end services spanning emergency mitigation, full-scale reconstruction, environmental remediation, interior design, infection control, and multi-unit residential and commercial development.
Integricon is at an inflection point. The company is investing in technology-enabled service delivery, including Connected Sensors for real-time water monitoring, AI-driven estimating, and a broader restoration platform vision, while strengthening its commercial relationships with major insurance carriers, property owners, and institutional clients across the country. With a clear mandate to grow nationally, this role is central to translating Integricon's operational capabilities into a market-facing growth engine that supports expansion beyond its current Ontario and Alberta footprint.
Role Summary
The Director, Marketing & Product is Integricon's first dedicated marketing leadership hire, a hands-on executive who will build the company's marketing function from the ground up. This is not a team management role at launch; it is a player-builder position for a strategic operator who can personally execute across the full marketing stack while architecting the systems, vendor relationships, and brand infrastructure that Integricon needs for its next phase of national growth.
The role carries a dual mandate. On the marketing side, you will own brand strategy, digital presence, content and thought leadership, performance marketing, communications, sales enablement, and all go-to-market support. On the product side, you will serve as the commercial voice for Integricon's emerging technology initiatives, particularly the convergence of Connected Sensors and the restoration business platform, defining positioning, packaging, and launch strategy for new service and technology offerings. As these technology-enabled products mature, the role will extend to developing partner channel strategies that enable distribution through insurance carrier networks, property management platforms, and technology partners.
You will work in close partnership with the VP of Sales & Business Development, aligning marketing programs to a four-quadrant go-to-market model that spans insurance carriers, insurance influencers (adjusters, brokers, cost consultants), commercial brands and program work clients, and real estate work providers. A critical dimension of this role is building the internal feedback, documentation, and governance infrastructure that allows Integricon to measure, report, and continuously improve its service delivery, particularly within its core insurance residential claims business, where carrier KPIs and customer satisfaction data directly impact program standing and growth.
