About the Role
Our collision center is looking for a skilled Collision Repair Technician to handle everything from minor cosmetic work to full structural rebuilds. You will work on a variety of makes and models including domestic, import, and EV using modern measuring systems and OEM-certified procedures.
What You Will Be Doing
- Diagnose collision damage and develop a repair plan
- Perform structural and non-structural repairs
- Replace damaged panels using welding, bonding, and riveting
- Use computerized measuring systems for frame and unibody alignment
- Repair plastic bumpers and trim components
- Document repairs accurately for insurance and quality control
- Work closely with the paint department for seamless handoffs
You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on collision repair experience
- Comfort with MIG, spot, and aluminum welding
- Familiarity with I-CAR or OEM certifications (a plus)
- A craftsman's attention to detail
- Reliable, team-oriented attitude
