About the Position
We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Climbing Arborist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have experience performing tree climbing, pruning, removals, and rigging operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities
- Perform tree pruning, removals, and maintenance using approved climbing techniques
- Conduct rigging and dismantling operations safely and efficiently
- Operate chainsaws, chippers, and other arboricultural equipment
- Complete daily hazard assessments and follow safe work procedures
- Maintain climbing and safety equipment
- Work collaboratively with crew members and crew leaders
- Provide professional service to residential and commercial clients
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of professional tree climbing experience
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong understanding of safe climbing and rigging practices
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- ISA Certified Arborist designation (preferred)
- Experience with technical removals and advanced rigging
- Experience operating commercial arborist equipment
- Arboriculture, forestry, or related education
