Duties & Responsibilities
The General Manager is responsible for managing the restaurant which includes developing, supervising, and coaching the staff to ensure the highest levels of product quality and guest service standards are achieved.
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day management and operations including people management, food safety and guest services.
- Accountable for recruiting, scheduling, training, development and motivating staff.
- Working side by side with the owners and District Manager ensuring company standards are being met
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of food service management experience
- Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast paced environment
- Have strong communication skills in both oral and written English.
- Must be self-motivated and guest focused oriented
Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure and deal with stressful situations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
