Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a dedicated roof installer to join our team. As a roof installer, you will play a crucial role in completing various tasks to ensure the successful completion of reroofing projects. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and experience in the roofing trade.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites
- Installation of safety anchors, and fall arrest training, will provide if outdated or needed.
- Perform roof installation, such as tearing, papering, shingling and re sheeting.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment
- Completing project tasks efficiently
Experience:
- Previous experience in a roof installing role is preferred
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills on the job
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
