Job Title: Construction Foreman
Location: Kelowna, BC
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Company is expanding the construction division and is looking for an experienced Installation Foreman who takes pride in leadership, craftsmanship, and delivering projects the right way.
This is a field-based leadership role for someone who enjoys being on-site, setting the standard, and guiding a crew to successful project completion. You won't be stuck behind a desk - you'll be leading from the front while maintaining oversight of quality, efficiency, and client experience.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Project Leadership
- Interpret and execute landscape design plans
- Coordinate daily schedules, materials, and workflow
- Keep projects on track and on schedule
Crew Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop installation team members
- Set clear expectations for performance and professionalism
- Foster a culture of accountability and teamwork
Installation Oversight
- Direct hardscape installations (patios, walkways, retaining walls, outdoor features)
- Oversee softscape work (planting, grading, soil preparation, irrigation installs)
- Perform quality checks to ensure every project meets our standards
Client & Site Communication
- Act as the primary on-site contact
- Provide clear, professional updates
- Address questions with confidence and solutions
Safety & Organization
- Maintain a safe, organized jobsite
- Track job progress, hours, and materials
- Report updates to management
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years experience in landscape construction
- Foreman or strong crew lead / supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- High standards for quality and site organization
- A professional who takes ownership of their projects
- Experienced construction foremen from related trades who are interested in transitioning into landscape construction are encouraged to apply.
