Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Retail Sales Co-ordinator. This will be working for a women's boutique that has been established in Trenton, Ontario for over 12 years. This role involves managing customer relationships, coordinating sales activities, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and experience with online websites such as shopify and point of sale systems such as Lightspeed. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment within the financial services and customer service sectors.
Duties
- Work with customers in women's fashions to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Manage customer relationships through effective communication
- Social Media content management, create content and be comfortable in front of the camera
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction
- Complete product set up on the Shopify system
- Receive new product and manage defective return process
- Co-ordinate the Vivacious Again consignment program
Experience
- Retail sales
- Social Media content creation
- Computer skills - point of sale system, product set up on shopify, excel, word, canva
- experience in selling womens fashions and putting looks together for our clients
- experince selling to women 30 - 65+
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
