Stiletto MedSpa Calgary is a physician-led flagship MedSpa and training academy built on more than 20 years of medical-aesthetic experience.
We are hiring 4 IV Suite Technicians.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing position for people who are excellent with IVs, precise in their work, warm with clients, and calm when the room gets busy.
RN applicants are preferred. Experienced LPNs and phlebotomy professionals will also be considered. Duties will be assigned according to credentials, competence, and scope.
WHAT THE ROLE INCLUDES
- Starting IVs efficiently and confidently
- Preparing clients, rooms, supplies, and equipment
- Following screening, safety, and treatment protocols carefully
- Monitoring clients throughout their visit
- Maintaining accurate records
- Keeping the IV suite clean, stocked, safe, and moving smoothly
- Educating clients on appropriate services and options
- Recognizing issues early and escalating quickly when needed
COMPENSATION REALITY
This role has an hourly floor, but it is not designed for someone who wants to remain at base pay. The earning model is performance-based.
Strong IV Suite Technicians who work efficiently, build client trust, educate appropriately, and contribute to a high-performing suite can earn far above the hourly floor through commission.
We are looking for people who see base pay as the floor, not the goal.

- Dislike repetition or structured protocols
- Cut corners
- Are uncomfortable speaking with clients
- Avoid sales conversations completely
- Wait too long to report a concern
BROADER MEDSPA ENVIRONMENT
The IV suite operates inside a high-level medical-aesthetic environment offering a wide variety of advanced medical cosmetic treatments.
For selected team members with broader aptitude and interest, future cross-training opportunities may be available within the technical side of the MedSpa.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current RN or LPN registration, with strong, recent IV insertion experience
- Phlebotomists with active, recent IV insertion experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional presentation
- High standards for safety, cleanliness, and client care
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends on rotation
