What You Will Do
- Source & Supply: Locate and source parts quickly from inventory or external suppliers for both retail customers and shop technicians.
- Build Relationships: Maintain positive, professional relationships with customers, technicians, and vendor suppliers.
- Manage Orders: Document, track, and strictly follow up on all special orders and core/parts returns.
- Admin & Inventory: Prepare accurate customer invoices, process credits, and actively support the inventory count process.
What You Bring
- Experience: Proven experience as a parts person, with a strong preference for commercial vehicle, heavy-duty, or automotive parts knowledge.
- Tech Skills: Mandatory computer literacy for using online parts cataloguing and inventory management systems.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional care and attention to detail when handling paperwork, tracking orders, and organizing stock.
- Pace: Ability to thrive and remain organized in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
- Drive: Valid Driver’s License and a willingness to work collaborative overtime shifts when required.
- Attitude: A helpful, dedicated team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
