- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system
- Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter and dining area
- Answer customer questions regarding menu items and daily specials
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service
- Support take-out and delivery order operations during busy hours
- Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient daily operations
