Duties
- Provide professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.
- Perform body waxing services with attention to hygiene and client comfort.
- Educate clients on nail care routines and recommend suitable products or services.
- Upsell additional treatments or retail products to enhance client experience and business growth.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health regulations.
- Ensure all tools and workstations are properly sterilized after each use.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication.
- Keep accurate records of services provided and client preferences.
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a salon setting.
- Proficiency in various nail techniques including gel application, acrylics, and nail art.
- Knowledge of body waxing procedures and sanitation standards.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to upsell retail products tactfully to enhance client satisfaction.
- Excellent sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Good communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations.
