Overview – Nor-Arc Industrial is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver industrial construction projects from initial client contact through to post-project evaluation. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, financial performance, safety and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise and coordinate project teams, ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally and in accordance with company standards.
- Manage project budgets, schedules and resources to ensure profitability and timely delivery.
- Oversee project estimating, scope development and planning activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
- Provide on-site presence as required; some travel may be necessary
- Report to senior management with regular updates on project status and performance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven financial management capabilities within a project environment.
- Proficiency with information technology systems and construction software.
- Strong problem -solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Previous experience in industrial or construction project management is an asset.
Compensation & Benefits
- Full Time, permanent role.
- Salary range: 70,000 – 95,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience.
