Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services to private homes, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Prior experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of French is a plus. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms
- Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety
- Follow specific client instructions to meet individual preferences and standards
- Ensure all areas are sanitized and hygienic
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage your schedule efficiently to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
- Maintain organizational skills to keep track of cleaning supplies and appointments
Skills
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in residential cleaning or related hospitality roles preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Ability to perform various cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation
- Good communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
