This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of 2 days in office.
What You’ll Do:
- Support and manage employee benefits programs (health, dental, retirement, disability, etc.)
- Be a friendly and reliable point of contact for client and employee benefits inquiries
- Process enrolments, changes, claims, billing inquiries, and ensure compliance
- Maintain organized client files and complete regular audits and follow-ups
- Provide proactive support and high-touch service to strengthen client relationships
- Attend and lead client meetings as required (virtual and occasionally in-person)
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of customer service experience and 2+ years administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable adapting to changing needs and priorities
- Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Positive, collaborative, and service-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and successfully complete a background check
Nice to Have:
- Experience with employee benefits and retirement plans
- CEBS / GBA designation (or working toward it)
- Bilingual French/English and/or familiarity with employment standards

Salary $50,000 - $55,000 depending on experience
