ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skill, Experience)
- BSW required.
- MSW preferred. If successful applicant has MSW, they will be paid at MSW rate.
- Current membership in College of Social Work.
- 3-5 year clinical experience in Social Work/Discharge Planning.
- Current knowledge/familiarity with agencies, service and resources in Chatham-Kent .
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Satisfactory attendance.
