We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Exterior Cladding Installer to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and prepare cladding materials using hand tools and power equipment to ensure precise fit and finish.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions to accurately execute projects.
- Install exterior cladding panels, siding, or other façade materials according to specifications, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening.
- Use caulking techniques to seal joints, seams, and edges for weatherproofing and insulation purposes.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while following all safety protocols.
- Conduct inspections during installation to verify quality standards and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean work environment, organize tools and materials efficiently, and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a focus on exterior cladding installation preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, drills, saws, and measuring devices.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and installation manuals accurately.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights when necessary.
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for weatherproofing exterior surfaces.
- Handyman experience or general construction background is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
