Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Professional Contract Cleaner to provide exceptional cleaning services for our residential clients. This role requires a reliable individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. The ideal candidate will be experienced in commercial cleaning. Fluency in English is required. This position offers an opportunity to work independently while delivering top-quality cleaning services tailored to each client’s needs.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, entrances and elevators.
- Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficient operations
- Organize cleaning schedules effectively to meet client deadlines and preferences
- Communicate professionally with management to understand their specific requirements and address any concerns
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail during each clean.
- Ensure all work areas are left clean, organized, and presentable after each service
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or related hospitality roles preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Reliable transportation and the ability to manage schedules independently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols and company standards
Pay: $15.18-$18.00 per hour
