We're looking for a confident, outgoing SPANISH Content Creator to help bring brands to life through engaging short-form content.
While video experience is a plus, we're less concerned about technical skills and more focused on finding someone with strong leadership, communication, and people skills. Our team can teach the technical side—we need someone who can take charge on-site, direct talent, keep shoots organized, and create a positive experience for clients and team members.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and coordinate video content sessions on-site
- Direct clients and team members during filming
- Help plan and capture engaging short-form content for social media
- Collaborate with our creative team to execute content strategies
- Ensure shoots stay organized, efficient, and on schedule
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Confident speaking with clients and directing people on camera
- Organized, proactive, and dependable
- Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends
- Experience creating Reels, TikToks, or other short-form content is an asset
Bonus Points:
- Portfolio of short-form content, Reels, or TikToks you've created
- Experience working with businesses, brands, or content creators
