Job Description
Canadian Health & Business College (CHBC) is looking for a motivated and energetic Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys marketing, communication, social media, and connecting with people.
This position combines both marketing and student engagement responsibilities. Along with supporting marketing campaigns and content creation, the intern will also assist with following up with prospective students, answering inquiries, and helping guide leads through the admissions process.

What You'll Do
- Assist with social media content, marketing campaigns, website and promotional materials
- Help create posts, reels, graphics, and email marketing content
- Respond to inquiries through phone, text, email, and social media
- Follow up with prospective students and assist with appointment bookings
- Support student outreach, events, campus events, and career fairs
- Track leads, campaign performance, and marketing statistics
- Brainstorm innovative and creative marketing ideas and campaigns
- Help research and coordinate podcast guests, partnerships, and outreach opportunities
- Maintain organized communication records and databases
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Canva and social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable speaking with students and following up with leads
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn
- Photo/video editing skills
