The Role (Account Specialist)
You are responsible for driving deals forward, from first contact to payment.
You will take control of customer conversations, bring clarity to their needs, and ensure every opportunity moves quickly through our pipeline.

Experience in graphic designing, printing, apparel, or promotional products is a strong advantage. Understanding of artwork, sizing, and production timelines is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution
- Handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into orders
- Clarify customer requirements (product, quantity, deadline)
- Send quotes quickly and accurately
- Follow up consistently to close deals
- Move confirmed orders toward payment
- Follow up on quotes, emails, and customer requests
Customer Service
- Answer inbound calls and emails
- Provide fast, friendly updates
- Collect order details clearly
- Maintain a 5-star client experience
Admin / Organization
- Update our CRM (Pipedrive)
- Keep quotes, orders, and job details organized
- Maintain accurate customer notes
- Ensure follow-ups are done on time
- Call customers for updates, approvals, or payments
