Position Summary:
The Fleet Inventory Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the efficient operation of the company’s fleet and inventory systems. Working closely with the Fleet and Inventory Manager, this position ensures accurate tracking, documentation, and coordination of vehicles, equipment, and parts across all operational sites. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain up-to-date records of fleet assets, including vehicles, equipment, and tools
· Track inventory levels, usage, and replenishment needs for fleet-related parts and supplies
· Assist in scheduling vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs
· Coordinate with vendors and service providers for parts procurement and fleet servicing
· Support compliance efforts by ensuring documentation meets regulatory and company standards
· Prepare reports on inventory status, fleet availability, and usage trends
· Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure timely delivery and return of fleet assets
· Assist in onboarding new vehicles and decommissioning retired assets
· Identify discrepancies in inventory records and resolve issues proactively
· Create and manage service work orders, accurately document vehicle and equipment service requirements, and coordinate repairs with technicians and service providers.
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience in fleet coordination, inventory management, or logistics support
· Strong proficiency in inventory software and fleet tracking systems
· Excellent organizational and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
· Familiarity with vehicle maintenance schedules and parts terminology is an asset
· Previous dealership experience, including parts administration and service writing is preferred
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
