Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. Responsibilities
- Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, restorations, extractions, and preventive care.
- Diagnose dental conditions through clinical assessment and radiographs.
- Develop and discuss treatment plans with patients, explaining procedures and expected outcomes.
- Utilize dental software such as Epic and Dentrix for patient record management.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards.
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques, including CAD/CAM systems for restorations.
- Provide care tailored to pediatric patients when applicable, demonstrating patience and effective communication.
Skills
- Proficiency in using dental practice management software such as Dentrix and Epic.
- Experience with CAD/CAM technology for designing restorations is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and patient care documentation.
- Prior experience working in a dental office setting is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of pediatric dentistry principles when working with children.
- Excellent communication skills to educate patients about treatment options and oral health maintenance.

Pay: $400,417.03-$509,247.21 per year
