NOW HIRING — STR Airbnb Turnover Cleaner | HRM
Final Phase Property Solutions is a growing property services company based in Halifax NS and we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our team servicing short term rental properties across HRM.
About the Role: You will be responsible for turning over Airbnb and short term rental units between guests. This includes making beds to hotel standard, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, vacuuming, mopping and completing a photo verified checklist before you leave every clean.
What to Expect: Shifts typically run between 11am and 4pm. Cleans are approximately 2.5 to 3 hours per unit. Some days may include more than one clean. Properties are located across HRM including Halifax and Dartmouth.
What We Are Looking For: Reliable and punctual — this is non negotiable. Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss. Ability to work independently once trained. Professional and respectful in client properties. Reliable vehicle and valid license required.
Compensation: We offer two arrangements depending on what works best for you: Employee position at $18.50/hr with deductions handled by us, or subcontractor arrangement where you negotiate your rate and manage your own taxes.
