The Hospitality team is all about providing excellent customer service so everyone – guests, staff, and visitors – feels taken care of. Staff provide top-notch service and keep things running smoothly by spotting the little details, jumping in when needed, and creating a clean and welcoming environment.
The Kitchen Leadership role is vital in serving up great food for both staff and guests while supporting our full-time kitchen crew. They assist in leading and training our seasonal staff, preparing and cooking food, serving our guests, helping to keep the kitchen and dining room areas clean, and assisting with the washing and putting away of dishes.
As part of the broader Leadership Team, this role also contributes to staff ministry initiatives and champions staff care and community life – including planning staff events, leading small groups, or just being a steady presence in the highs and lows of camp life. Being part of leadership means contributing to shaping the staff team through planning Staff Development weeks, participating in our One to One mentoring program and building strong, meaningful connections with our staff.
This role is a 12 month contract that carries into our Summer Camp program (June-August).
