Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Top Grade Molds Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts that meet our high standards of quality. Your expertise will contribute directly to our mission of delivering innovative solutions that last.
Responsibilities
- Work independently and operate primarily Makino or DMG style High Speed machines (machines must be running at all times)
- Set-up technician (duties may entail the set-up and monitoring of many machines per shift)
- Working in a high precision environment and contributing to maintaining the specification of design and quality
- Also capability of editing and improving cutter paths generated by programming department if you could improve efficiencies
- Work in a team environment and assist junior machinists
- Work with established TGM standards and practices
- Complete work that you are responsible for in a timely and productive manner
Requirements
- English written and spoken
- College or Trade school diploma as Mechanical Technician or similar is an asset;
- Training in and strong knowledge of AutoCad
- Minimum five years of experience working with CNC machines
