Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated and organized BOH Team Member to join our team at Chick-fil-A 410 & Steeles in Brampton. This full-time, on-site role is crucial for our restaurant's success, focusing on operational efficiency and a positive team environment.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Operations: Work as part of the kitchen team, perform daily BOH tasks, and ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Quality Control: Follow recipes and maintain accuracy with weights and measurements. You will also help maintain store cleanliness and assist with food safety and quality audits.
General: Perform physical activities like lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
Other Responsibilities
- Execute opening and/or closing procedures with precision.
- Assist with kitchen operations to ensure products and guest experiences are consistent with our brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory of kitchen supplies and products.
- Maintain open communication with team members.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with fellow team members and leaders.
- Assist in general operations as needed.
Qualifications
- A valid Basic Food Safety Certificate is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
