About Hatch-Me Therapy
Hatch-Me Therapy is a growing, client-centered practice in the Greater Toronto Area focused on high-quality psychological care, with a strong emphasis on assessment, diagnosis, and early identification of neurodevelopmental and learning differences.
We are currently expanding our assessment services and are seeking a skilled Psychologist or Psychological Associate registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) to join our team as an independent contractor.
This is an opportunity to work in a supportive, well-organized clinical environment while maintaining full professional autonomy.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced clinician to conduct psychoeducational and diagnostic assessments, with a focus on:
- ADHD assessments
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessments
- Psychoeducational (Psych Ed) evaluations
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep clinical work, enjoys report writing, and is confident in independent diagnostic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Complete diagnostic evaluations for ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological and educational testing
- Develop clear, evidence-based diagnostic formulations
- Prepare high-quality, clinically sound written reports
- Provide practical recommendations for school, home, and community supports
- Communicate findings clearly with clients, caregivers, and referring professionals
- Maintain documentation in compliance with CPO standards and guidelines
Qualifications
- Registration in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) as a Psychologist or Psychological Associate
- Independent practice and diagnostic authority in Ontario
- Demonstrated experience with:
- Psychoeducational assessments
- ADHD diagnostics
- Autism assessments (ASD)
- Strong knowledge of standardized assessment tools and interpretation
- Excellent clinical writing skills (clear, structured, and actionable reports)
- Strong professional judgement and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $250.00-$300.00 per hour
