POSITION SUMMARY:
This is for a Sales Representative role covering the areas of- Orangeville, Caledon (Bolton), and New Tecumseth. Acting as a Sales Representative, develops and sells advertising space, to current and prospective advertisers through regular contact. This is a sales role to sell advertising space in a range of different advertising mediums that we own. Primarily Local Community Newspaper Display Ad Sales, where this Sales Representative will be selling Print Display Advertising as well as selling into our Flyer Distribution Networks. There will also be Sales into our Specialty Products and Verticals, including Magazine Advertising Sales. As well as Billboards, both physical structure Billboard Ads and Digital Billboard advertising.
Operates within assigned territory to develop maximum revenue.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build advertising client base through pursing new perspective clients face to face, over the phone and through email.
- Develop Marketing Proposals for Prospective Clients
- Keep organized notes and databases of clients and perspective clients for ad bookings and follow up.
- Servicing Current Clients with personal visits to business, fulfilling ad booking requests and aiding in the development of client’s advertisements.
- All paper work associated with the advertising ordering and billing process to be correctly completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Responsive to customer needs, identifies customer complaints and can act quickly to rectify customer's issues to execute their advertising orders.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the Manager
