Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our PAINTING team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying protective coatings to various industrial equipment and components. This role requires a strong understanding of painting techniques, safety protocols, and mechanical systems. The Industrial Painter plays a vital part in ensuring the durability and quality of our products while maintaining efficient production workflows.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
- Operate spray guns, brushes, rollers, and other hand tools to apply paint and coatings accurately
- Use power tools and welding equipment for surface preparation and repair tasks when necessary
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure coatings meet specified standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools,
- Experience operating cranes, forklifts, or other heavy machinery is preferred
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during application processes
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes on all projects
