Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our clinic. The ideal candidate values interdisciplinary care, works collaboratively with other healthcare providers, and is committed to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide safe, effective, and evidence-based massage therapy treatments.
- Collaborate with Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, and other practitioners to coordinate care.
- Communicate treatment goals, progress, and recommendations with clients and team members.
- Identify opportunities for interdisciplinary care and make appropriate referrals.
- Educate clients on injury prevention, self-care, and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Strong assessment and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Team-oriented, professional, and client-focused.
- Acupuncture certification is considered an asset.
