Job Overview
We are recruiting Labourers to join our team for projects in Northern Alberta. In this role, you will support construction operations by performing a variety of physical labour tasks while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and willing to work in demanding outdoor conditions. Experience with structural steel or piling projects is considered a strong asset.
Responsibilities

Perform general labour duties to support construction activities

Assist crews with the installation, assembly, and maintenance of materials and equipment

Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials, tools, and supplies

Assist with structural steel and piling activities as directed
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite

Safely operate hand and power tools as required
-
Follow direction from supervisors and work collaboratively with crew members
-
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
-
Perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions

Complete other labour-related duties as assigned
Requirements

Previous construction labour experience is preferred

Experience working on structural steel or piling projects is considered a strong asset

Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods

Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Strong commitment to workplace safety

Reliable transportation to designated travel points is considered an asset

Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test, including cannabis
